We guarantee efficiency, reliability and long life of your mould. We select our suppliers carryng out long inspection tests for components subject to stress. All injection systems are designed and built by us to give you the highest quality.
Most of the mold components subject to normal wear can be quickly changed; often in the machine, minimizing the machine downtimes.
Each mold is subjected to a validation process and it is accepted and shipped only if all samples meet the specified requirements optimizing the molding process.

SPRING VALVE GATE

Our Spring Valve Gate is one of our most proven injection systems used by other mold makers, it guarantees efficiency, reliability and an excellent injection point. Available in two versions; positioned in front of the manifold or with compact version positioned in the first bottom plate.

SIDE GATE

This pin system improves the quality of the injection point by preventing deformation and thickness changes. It reduces wear and maintenance increasing the life of the mold.

CLUSTER – 6 CAVITY NOZZLE

Solution with 6-cavity in circle injection. Our cluster design increases cavity number, productivity and efficiency reducing the overall dimension.

ISLAND INJECTION SYSTEM

Innovative hot tip isles solutions. For small caps or protector. No limit for the number of cavitiy. No dilatation and distorsion.
